Once you’ve placed the order you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. We process all orders within 24 hours and send your shipping- and tracking information via email once its processed. NEED TO CANCEL OR EDIT YOUR ORDER? –
We’ll do our best to catch your order before it goes out. Please help us help you by sending us your request and order number to customercare@SËBOU.se.
We accept items in new condition for a full refund. You have 14 days from the shipping date to get your return back to our address. Once we’ve received your item and accepted your return, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Please contact Customer Care to process a return. We provide a prepaid return label to make it super easy for you to send it back.
You will have a notification by email once we’ve received your return. We go through returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse this service. When our team has processed your refund, we will send you another email so you know refund is on its way.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our ___ and then another 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
If you would like to exchange something for a different size or colour, please return the original item(s) and place a new order or get in touch via customercare@SËBOU.se within 14 days.
DAMAGED / LOST PACKAGES –
Contact us right away. If the package arrives to you damaged or has the wrong item, please send us photos of the product with the documentation to customercare@SEBOU.se. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to our customer care.
As we all know; waste and unsold stock is a growing issue in retail. SËBOU enables pre-orders to ensure we sell what we produce and avoid overstock.
Your pre-order will be handled just like a regular online order, the one exception is we won’t be able to ship it according to regular routines. Each pre-order has its own delivery date and we’ll keep you updated on the progress and inform you when we’ve shipped your package.
